McQuaid <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of March 23, 2000 & April 6, 2000 meetings (if available) <br /> Approval of minutes was postponed until all Board members are present. <br /> 3. Letter from Attorney Henchy re: 133 Tide Run <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to postpone discussion and decision on this item until the <br /> Board has had a chance to review pertinent information. Mr. Ball seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 4. Letter from DPH re: Fish Testing <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Cody of letter from E. Baker to CCC (FYI) <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 6. Emergency Failure Certifications: <br /> 335 Cotuit Road <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the system has had excessive pumping and that a <br /> 5x7 shallow 1000-gallon pit off the distribution box should be installed. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency failure certification <br /> form. <br /> 7 Alden, Lane <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the leach pit is full and that 2 500-gallon drywells <br /> need to be installed in the same location. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency failure certification <br /> form. <br />
