MINUTES April 13, 2000 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Ball agreed. <br /> Mr. Cram indicated that he would like to see a fine assessed but would be willing to <br /> suspend the fine pending no further violations. <br /> Mr. Craze motioned to fine Mr. Stephens $100.00 and suspend the fine; if there are <br /> any violations within 1 year the Board will bring the fine forth plus any other <br /> additional charges as decided by the Board. Mr. Ball seconded the motion.
