Glenn Santos, Elias A. McQuaid <br /> i <br /> and Veronica A. Warden <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING; IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Steven R. Ball, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of May 18, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Santos motioned to approve the minutes of the May 18, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. 1999 Landfill Report to DEP <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 4. Expiration of Notice of Violation - 407 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Ms. Warden stated that the property at 407 Monomoscoy Road had over 200 <br /> bags of trash, water rats, etc. She sent a letter to the property owner requiring <br /> him to clean up the bags of trash immediately. The property owner, Mr. <br /> Webster, subsequently cleaned up all of the bags'of trash. He further sent a <br /> schedule for remediation for the rest of the property and has asked for six <br /> months to clean it all up due to the high grass and ticks. Ms. Warden indicated <br /> that Mr. Webster was very cooperative. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that he would like to see Mr. Webster come before the Board <br /> with his clean-up schedule. <br /> Mr. Ball indicated that he personally knew Mr. Webster and was very aware of <br /> the property. <br /> Ms. Warden further noted that Mr. Webster bought the house with the existing <br /> problems and has been very cooperative in cleaning up the property. <br /> 5. Food Service Catering Application - Michelle's Kitchen new owners <br /> Ms. Warden stated that Michelle's Kitchen is under new ownership. The name <br /> is remaining the same, as is the menu and staff. They are applying for a 2000 <br /> food service establishment permit. <br />
