a <br /> MINUTES October 26, 2000 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> f. Meeting Schedule <br /> Board members decided to hold the next Board of Health meeting on Thursday, <br /> November 2, 2000. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> a. 135 Route 130 <br /> Ms. Warden brought the Board members up to date on events concerning 135 <br /> Route 130. She stated that a site visit took place and that the next step would <br /> be for the Board to make their recommendations. Board members indicated <br /> that DEP should be notified immediately regarding the contaminated soils. Mr. <br /> O'Brien from Barnstable County Department of Health and the Environment <br /> and Ms. Warden will address all violations and notify DEP, fire department, etc. <br /> The Board will forward comments to the Board of Selectmen for their meeting <br /> scheduled for October 30th. <br /> Board members directed Ms. Warden to work with the county to address all of <br /> Mr. O'Brien's issues and to perform VOC tests on surrounding homes serviced <br /> by a private well. <br /> Being no further business, Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:16 p.m., Mr. <br /> Santos seconded, all agreed. <br /> Resp!c"t"fQ[Iy submitted, <br /> Lu B.
