The Town continues to spend thousands <br /> of dollars to retain property owned by the Town . Additionally significant legal <br /> costs have been incurred in several ocher cases involving appeals of actions of <br /> various rLown boards including Selectmen, Board of Health, Board of Appeals, Ptanning <br /> Board and Conservar.ion Commission. <br /> Transfer $35,000.00.
