TOWN OF MASIPEE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING Barnstable, ss: Greetings : In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts , you, are hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections, to meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the 2nd day of May 1983, at 7: 30 p.m. for the following purposes To act on the Articles contained in the following warrant: Article 1. To see if the Town will vote to transfer to the. Conservation fund the sum of $2, 118. 78 received from the sale of cranberries from town-owned bogs. so voted Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the Selectmen clerical salaries account 408.56 to Selectmen department wages account. so voted Article d. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from; avialable funds $1, 500, or any other sure, to central services account. so voted Article 4.. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the legal and engineering account $5,000 to the street lights account. so voted Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the legl and engineering account $16 , 726 . 74 to the police sergeants and patrolmen salaries account, $2, 500 to the police wages account, and $1, 000 to the employees education account to meet the obligation of the new contract between the Town of Mashpee and the Mashpee police Employees Association, Inc. , ;for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1982.
