<br /> <br />Search for Purpose Beyond the White House. The library will also be showing <br />Wicked. Right now, time is being spent weeding through outdated books. <br />An e-mail was circulating about protecting patron information in the circumstances <br />ICE were to seek information. Patron records are private; however, a warrant or <br />subpoena would be obeyed. This then posed the question at a CLAMS meeting of <br />having volunteers allowed at the circulation desk and having access to database. <br /> <br />The website design is being worked on by the website company. The library is still in <br />need of more computers. Funding was approved and machines will be coming. The <br />HVAC is in need a part for the equipment. <br /> <br />The Town budget got approved as submitted. <br /> <br />FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY LIASION REPORT <br />There is a meeting being held tomorrow, 2/12. Currently, they’re looking for mini golf <br />sponsors. There is discussion about hosting another garden tour at Willowbend. The <br />Investment Committee will be meeting soon with the new Treasurer, Susan Kams. <br /> <br />TRUSTEE EDUCATION/OUTREACH UPDATES & DISCUSSION <br />Bylaw Review <br />The bylaws have not been revised since 2017. A lot of items need to be discussed <br />and made current.
