Roll Call: Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes) <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />2. 2 Ned Besse Road – Request for Variances from Title 5 and Local Regulations <br /> Homeowner: Peter Solenius; Representative Attorney <br /> Seeking variance from an I/A requirement for septic system replacement <br /> Property within phase 2 of the sewer area <br /> Existing Title 5 system installed in 2021, passed inspection in 2020 and 2024 <br /> Withdrawal of fourth bedroom variance request <br /> Zoning approval for three-bedroom house <br /> Septic System Details <br /> 374 gallons per day system installed <br /> Only 330 gallons required for three bedrooms <br /> Sewer superintendent letter provided <br />Discussion and Agent Recommendations <br /> Agent recommends granting variance due to phase two sewer status <br /> Suggestions to include condition if sewer connection doesn’t occur as planned <br /> Timeline for sewer connection: Spring 2028 <br /> If the connection is not completed by Dec. 31, 2028, the applicant must return to <br />the board for a new variance if not connected to the sewer by the deadline. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
