Amendment to zoning map ',could change certain areas of the Town from R-3 to R-5 districts as shown, on a map entitled "Proposed Change of Zoning Map to R-5 for Action at May 9, 1988 Town Meeting". 8. Ar^endment to Section 7.4 "LAND SPACE REQUIREMENTS TABLE" would change minimum lot size in R-5 districts from 60,000 to 80,000 square feet. 9. Amendment to foot note (4) of Section 7.4 would define height measurement for structures as being measured from original grade of the site. If 10. Amendment to footnote (6) of Section 7.4 would allow certain utilities, retaining walls, uncovered patios and structural projections of buildings within required setback areas. 11 . Addition of footnote (14) to Section 7.4 would require commercial structures to be set back 75 feet from Routes 28, 151 and Great Neck Road South and North and would prohibit parking, internal drives and similar uses within 50 feet of those roads.
