Ms. Clapprood seconded the motion. <br /> Roll Call: Mr. Cook (Yes), Ms. Clapprood (Yes), Ms. Godfrey (Yes), Mr. Colombo (Yes) <br /> The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />425 Monomoscoy Road <br /> <br /> Project Review and Discussion <br />o The new building plans include breakaway panels designed to mitigate flood <br />damage during storm events <br />o The plans require drainage solutions, such as gravel areas in the sub-slab, to <br />prevent water accumulation in the basement <br />o The proposal must comply with updated building codes, which may affect the <br />design and elevation requirements for the structure. <br />Stan Humphrey’s Opinion on Project Reviewed <br /> Provided an opinion regarding the hypothetical impacts of the project <br />during storm events <br /> His assessment included considerations of the resource areas present on <br />the site <br /> The opinion supported the reconfigured building plans that incorporated <br />breakaway panels, as discussed in previous meetings <br />o Concerns raised about drainage in the basement area <br />o Requirement for flood vents and gravel areas in sub-slab discussed <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
