TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> March 23, 2000 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members present: Steven R. Ball, John T. Doherty, Robert F. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of February 24. 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2000 meeting. <br /> Mr. Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve minutes of March 2. 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Approve minutes of March 2. 2000 Executive Session <br /> Mr. Ball requested that the approval these minutes be held until the end of the <br /> meeting. <br /> Approve minutes of March 9, 2000 meeting <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2000 meeting. Mr. <br /> Ball seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Food Service Application - Mashpee's Great Wall <br /> Ms. Warden stated that Mashpee's Great Wall has opened in the former location <br /> of Chopsticks Restaurant. She inspected the restaurant prior to opening and <br /> was very impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. She stated that she <br /> would give them an "A-1 rating". Mashpee's Great Wall is requesting a food <br /> service permit. <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a food service permit to Mashpee's Great Wall. Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 4. Copy of memo re: Loam and sweeping <br /> Board acknowledged. <br /> 5. Letter from D. Carboneau re: Deli Expansion <br /> Mr. David Carboneau of the Deer Crossing Market is requesting the Board's <br /> approval to increase the number of seats from 58 to 100. He submitted a <br />
