CONSERVATION BOARD MEET1'ING <br /> August 20, 1980 <br /> Present: <br /> Ppuline F. DeLory, Vice Chairperson <br /> Dorothy G. Studley <br /> This was a Special Meeting held for the following hearing: (refer to minutes of 8/13/80) <br /> SE43-140 <br /> Francis G. & Annette J. McGee <br /> 258 Crosstree Way, Mashpee <br /> Agent: Tim Hennigan <br /> Mr. HenniIIan came in to pay the $$10 advertising costs. <br /> The Order of Conditions were drawn up as follows: <br /> 11 . To comply with plans as submitted on file. <br /> 12. No heavy machinery to be used within 50 feet of Popponesset Creek. <br /> 13. No alteration or fill in salt marsh area. <br /> 14. All disturbed areas shall be revegetated within thirty days following completion <br /> of construction. <br /> 15. A notice of intent will have to be filed for a pier, dock or any other construction <br /> in the marsh area. <br /> Pauline received a call from a his, Muriel Hardin who is doing a study on barrier <br /> beaches. She will forward letters, notices, brochures or anything pertaining to it <br /> and a questionnaire to be filled out to assist the Federal Government on the barrier <br /> beaches. Pauline gave her as much information as possible about South Cape Beach, <br /> Dead Neck and Popponesset Spit. <br /> SE43-107 <br /> John & Elva Ryan <br /> Alcorn, Inc. - <br /> Jeff Benoit of DEdE is coming down Wednesday, September 3, 1980, to do an on-site <br /> inspection of the above. Conservation commission complied with this on 8/14/80. <br /> SE43-80 <br /> Edward W. Allen, M.D. <br /> Seconsett Island <br /> An extension permit was issued on Au_ust 21 , 1980 to the above for one year. <br />
