BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by vice Chairman , <br /> Greig at 6 : 00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES of THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of March 22 , 1994 <br /> Vice chairman Porter referred to Pages 3 , 4 , and 5 - the <br /> Edward Shore Hearing; he questioned the status of the meeting <br /> between Mr. Shore and Ms . Ann Shaw. David Bailey informed that <br /> after that meeting, if Mr . Shore realized any problems , he would <br /> contact Mr. Bailer for further assistance; to date, Mr. Shore has <br /> inot contacted Mr. Bailey. <br /> Mr. Porter was of the opinion that Mr. Shore was missing two <br /> cancelled check. David Bailey felt this matter had been <br /> settled. Robert DeLorr pointed out that Mr. Shore ' s cancelled <br /> checks were to be sent directly to hien at whatever address he so <br /> specified - the checks were not to be retained by his bank. <br /> Short discussion followed. David Bailer and Board Members <br /> expressed opinion this issue has been settled. <br /> Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of <br /> The Meeting of March 22 , 1994 as printed and as discussed; Robert <br /> DeLory rade second the motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. <br /> The Minutes were accepted by The Board. <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of April 5 , 1994 <br /> Vice Chairman Porter referred to Pages 1 , 2 ,. and 3 - the <br /> Earl Marsters hearing. He informed that he and Mr . Greig did <br /> inspect the topographical problems ; they did not agree ent1relr <br /> with the applicant. Short discussion followed. <br /> . Porten also referred to Paye 3 , Map 88 , Lot 65 . He <br /> informed that the tower is most certainly a free standing unit. <br /> David Bailer pointed out that the tower has a veer marrow base <br /> for its size. He expressed opinion the tower could fall , and it <br /> is in easy falling distance of the subject lot; a house on that <br /> lot would be in the Line of fire should the tower fall , All <br /> Board Members expressed agreement. <br />
