NOTE: The Mashpee Board of Assessors did not hold a Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 1996 . MASHPEE BOARD OF ASSESSORS MINUTES of JULY 9j 1996 PRESENT: LESLIE M. GREIG, CHAIRMAN KENNETH A. PORTER, VICE CHAIRMAN MARCIA R. KING, CLERK DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular meeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s temporary office, a trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town Hall, Mashpee, Massachusetts . This site is being used. while Town Ball is being renovated and Assessing ' s new office location is being prepared. The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at 6 :18 p.m. MINUTES of THE MEETINGS: Minutes of The Meeting of April 22', 1996 i Chairman Greig stated that, for The Record, the -tape of The Minutes was inadvertently put in a box by our former Chairman, Bob DeLory the box contained tapes of "minutes of meetings" that had already been transcribed. At the request of Ms . Taney Caf f yn, we were trying to find out where These Minutes were; David Bailey recently found the tape; it was given to our Board Secretary who typed The Minutes from that tape she had not been present at that Special Meeting. Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes . There was no discussion, nor were there any corrections . Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of April 22 , 1996 as printed; Leslie Greig made second the motion; motion passed; majority decision. The Minutes were accepted by , The Board. Marcia King refrained from voting; she was not a Board Member on the elate of that meeting. Minutes of The Meeting of June 25 , 1996 Board Members and David Bailey reviewed The Minutes. There was no discussion, nor were there any corrections . Kenneth Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of June 25, 1996 as printed; Marcia King made second the ' motion; motion passed; unanimous decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board.
