KING, CLERK <br /> DAVID A, BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING <br /> The regular meeting was bele in the Assessing Department ' s <br /> temporary office, a► trailer located at the rear of Mashpee Town <br /> Ball. , Mashpee, Massachusetts. This site is being used while Town <br /> Hall is being renovated and Assessing' s new office Location is <br /> being prepared. <br /> The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at <br /> : 1.0 p,m. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of Se tember 10, 1996 <br /> All reviewed "'the Minutes" at length. David Bailey informed that he <br /> gave all the information to M . Susan Collum; he expressed <br /> feeling that the natter has been resolved. <br /> Vice Chairman Porter made motion The Board accept The <br /> Minutes of The Meeting of September 10, 1996 as printed; <br /> Leslie Greig made second the motion; motion passed; majority <br /> decision. The Minutes were accepted by The Board. Marcia King <br /> refrained from voting as she was not present at that meeting. <br /> NEW/OLD BUSINESS <br /> Update by__ David Bailey -- Review of Pros eetive Assessment <br /> Changes for FY1997 <br /> David Bailer expressed feeling this will be the first � <br /> time since he has been Director of Assessing that assessment <br /> values in general will not decrease in neighborhoods or any major <br /> portions of Mashpee. Condominiums , in particular, wIll be going <br /> up in value. Assessments in the Ocean Bluff portion of New <br /> Seabury will be increased not necessarily indicated in the <br /> Sales Report. Lengthy discussion followed. <br />
