MASHFEE BOARD OF ASSESSORS MINUTES of FEBRUARY 11, 1997 PRESENT: LESLIE- ISI• 'EIV, H �I A I EI NE 1 ORT R, I E CHAIRMAN MARCIA R* KING, CLERK ABSENT, DAVID A. BAILEY, DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING The regular Fleeting was held in the Assessing Department ' s new offices located in the newly renovated 'down Hall , Mahpee, Massachusetts . The meeting was called to order by Chairman Greig at : o p.m. Chairman Greig announced that David Bailey was dismissed from this evening ' s meeting because he had to pick up his daughter at a specific time. MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS.: I Minutes of The Meet-1 n f November 26 , 1996 Board Members reviewed "the minutes" . There were no corrections, nor- was there any discussion. I vice Chairman Porter made motion The Board accept The Minutes of The Meeting of November 26 , 1996 as printed; Leslie Greig made second the motion; notion passed; majority decision The Minutes were accepted by The Board, Marcia Ding refrained from voting as she was not present at that meeting. NEW BUSINESS: Board Action on Real Property batement A lications Abatements Denied Chairman Greig presented the List of FY1997 Real Estate Abatement Applications Denied on February 11 , 1997 . r. Greig informed for The Record that the List of Abatements Denied consists of three pages; the List begins with Application #2 - Stephen Berish, ends with Application #79 - Edward Adams, and totals 30 Denials .
