i dot#, TOWN of MAS -#PEE Board of Assessors Meeting Date: Tuesday, April 23, 2002 Time: 3:00 PM Place: Board of Assessors Office Attendees: Marcia Ding, Chairperson Les Greig, Mice Chairman Dave Bailey, Director of Assessing Dave Tately, Assistant Director of Assessing Chairperson Marcia ding called the meeting to order at 3:0PM. Les Greig roved that the Board deny three applications for personal property tax abatement listed on State Tax Form 155 dated April 2002, beginning with the name New Seabury Properties LLC.. and ending with the name New Seebury Properties LLC. (see Attachment A for complete list). The motion was seconded by Marcia Ding and unanimously approved by the Board. Les Greig moved that the Board deny seventeen applications for read estate tax abatement listed ' on State Tax Form 155 dated April 2002, beginning with the name Donellon} Nancy and ending with the name dentili, Thomas (see Attachment B for complete list). The motion was seconded by Marcia King and unanimously approved by the Board. Les Greig moved that the Board grant the ten applications for real estate tax abatement listed on State Tax Form 155 dated April 2002, beginning with the name Donellon, Nancy and ending with the name Banner, Ralph (see Attachment C for complete list). The motion was seconded b Marcia King and unanimously approved by the Board. Les Greig moved that the Board grant the three applications for personal property tax abatement listed on State Tax Form 155 dated April 2002# beginning with the name Downey, Lloyd and ending with the name Baldauf, Isabel (see Attachment D for complete list). The motion was seconded by Marcia ding and unanimously approved by the Board. There was no date set for the next meeting of the Board of Assessors.
