Gregg Fraser seconded the motion. The <br /> �) motion was unanimously approved. <br /> BOARD OF ASSESSORS REPORTS <br /> Na reports. <br /> DIRECTOR OF ASSESSING REPORT <br /> Jason Streebel stated that he is on the agenda for the Board of Selectmen's meeting on <br /> 6124110, to request approval for fee changes for abutters' list requests: Jason welcomed <br /> the Board members to attend the BOS meeting. <br /> Paul kapinos &Associates, Board of Assessors revaluation consultant, was present <br /> today to dick up income and expense statements and the official Forms of Lists for <br /> analysis. On the income/expense statements, 324 were sent out to local businesses <br /> and there has been a 40% return after a second notice was sent out. A third notice will <br /> be sent out to some select businesses that don't turn in the requested paperwork in the <br /> next few weeks. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> • Supplemental Tax Bills for FY 2009 and FY 2010 <br /> Jason Streebel stated that anyone who receives a certificate of occupancy or building <br /> permit after the assessment date thereby causes the assessment to change by more <br /> than 50%, and they are sent a supplemental tax bill for the difference up to the end of <br /> the fiscal year. The dollar amount this year is in the$50,000 range, about half of what it <br /> was last year. Jason Streebel asked the Board to approve this warrant to the tax <br /> collector. <br /> 1 <br />
