The <br /> motion was unanimously approvd. <br /> BOARD of ASSESSORS REPORTS <br /> No reports. . <br /> DIRECTOR of ASSESSING REPORT—Jason Streebel _ <br /> 1. FY 2010 Tac Bills. Jason Streebel reported that the F 2 1 3Q/4Q tax bills were mailed out on <br /> January 1, 2011. The insert for the breakdown on tax funds was included in the nailing, and .Jason <br /> reported that he has received only positive feedback from the Board of Selectmen as well as a <br /> number of taxpayers. School superintendent Anne Bradshaw requested a full breakdown of the <br /> numbers that were published in the Mashpee Inquirer, which Jason provided to Town Manager <br /> Joyce Mason for distribution to Anne Bradshaw. <br /> { <br /> 2, Abatement Applications <br /> Jason Streebel reported that as of today the Assessing Office has received 17 abatement <br /> . applications, a number less than half of those received this time last year. Two of those are listing <br /> corrections, and the majority are from pond-influenced properties that are not waterfront, but <br /> are in the pond neighborhood, whose assessments have increased by %. Deadline for receipt of <br /> abatement applications is February 1, 2011. ,Jason StreebeI stated that to date he has received no <br /> feedback from the Wampanoag Tribal Council regarding abatement requests. . <br /> 3, Tentative ATB Meeting <br /> Jason Streebel reported a tentative ATB meeting in Boston scheduled for Wednesday, January 12th <br /> but the Appellate attorney has made a request to delay it for the third time. Jason Streebel has <br /> asked Town a unsel to try to have the case withdrawn. <br /> . Willowbend Meeting <br /> Jason Streebel has been in communication with 1 illowbend to request that they withdraw their ATB <br /> cases, per'the agreement between Mashpee and Willowbend. <br /> 1 <br />
