MASHPEE COUNCIL ON AGING <br /> August 13, 199' <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT ALSO PRESENT <br /> Mimi Mullua Chairperson .dames Lang <br /> Aurora Bird Lynne Waterman <br /> Frank Hicks <br /> Jean Noussee <br /> Robert Osborn <br /> Arthur Weinstein EXCUSED Betty Jones <br /> Vice-Chairperson Mullin opened the meeting at 9:07 AM in the Lounge of the Jacobson <br /> Senior Center. <br /> The Secretary's report from was reviewed. A correction regards the Treasurer being <br /> Arthur Weinstein was made. On a motion made by Jean Noussee and seconded by Frank <br /> Hicks. the minutes to the July meeting were accepted. <br /> The Treasurer, the Director reviewed the Expense report through July. A question was <br /> raised regards the Repair & Maintenance account. Mr. Long will investigate and report. <br /> On a motion made by Bob Osborn and seconded by Jean Noussee, the treasurer's report <br /> was accepted <br /> The Director provided a Witten report which was reviewed by the members. On a motion <br /> by Arthur Weinstein and seconded by Frank Hicks the Director's report was accepted as <br /> presented. <br /> The Outreach Coordinator presented her Witten report and reviewed the highlights <br /> verbally. Jean Noussee asked about the possibility of volunteer Senor Readers and a <br /> Book Club. On a motion made by Bob Osborn and seconded by Frank Dicks the Outreach <br /> report was accepted. <br /> Jean Noussee suggested that the President of the Friends of the Council on Aging be <br /> invited to the meeting with a monthly phone call.
