TOWN OF MSS TOWN CLERK *06 JUL 19 A9 :45 TOWN of MASHPEE dllr COMMUNITY ITY PRESERVATIO COMMITTEE PUBLIC H ARf G 1 TIC The Community Preservation Committee of the Town of Mashpee hereby gives notice of public hearing to be held' Tuesday, September 12, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in conference room#1 of the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great beck Road North, Mashpee. The purpose of this hearing is to conduct a public informational meeting as directed by the Community Preservation Committee bylaw on the needs, possibilities and resources o the town as they relate to historic preservation, recreation, affordable housing and open space. At this hearing, information about application procedures for funding-of projects at the annual town meeting in May of 2007 from the Community Preservation Fund will be provided, and responses to questions from interested parties will be given. Also, the Community Preservation Committee will accept any written or oral testimony about needs, possibilities and resources from the public, from-interested town departments, boards and committees or fronn town officials.
