Shirley .is welcomed by the other members of the board! Prior to the hearing scheduled at p.m., Atty. Thomas Boyd care be-fore the commission to discuss -Lot Little Neck Lane; He referred to his letter dated January 12, 1981, requesting a. ertificate of Compliance. Atty, Boyd was informed that a compliance had been issued on the house, He stated that he had not receiyed a copy and requested one. his request was complied with as ;here was an extra, copy in the file. Charlie informed Atty. Boyd that the work on the dock has not been .completed s he had. checked the area out on February 6, 1981. Also, Atty. Boyd was, asked to deliver a. message to the commission from Mir. Bernard Singer of popponesset Island.
