Shows where Lot i is and Lot 3 is and where Dean's Fond is located. Shows where there is some wetlands. It is at least 85 feet from the lot line to the wetlands. As far as environmental and conservation matters are concerned, this gill certainly do no.harm. There are wee existing-haves to the right which are closer to the. pond, It is the only lot left on Fond View that has yet to be built upon.' Is this a one-stony house?
