They will not be removed until the slopes have been restabil ed, <br /> Ken: Asks if they plan to coo anything on the water side of these' straw b .le ? <br /> Ir. Harvey: No. Those hay bales are on the down side of any proposed grading <br /> whatsoever. <br /> Wayne: You will stay within the topography changes that you show on the plan? <br /> Mr. Harvey: Yes. The highest point on the lot, as shown, is elevation 104. The <br /> finished rs' `loor of the douse gill.- be 103. <br /> Ea ne: I am looking at the two changes which you have at the 96 Foot level on a <br /> corner, So ,you are actually within 70 feet of the water which you 'acre going to <br /> disturb. <br /> Mr. Marva Yes, <br /> Wayne: Is there a deck'? <br /> Mr. Ha.rve : There, will be a dock on the street side of the house. It will not <br /> be on the pond side@ Shows the Board a set of the house plans. Also, it shows <br /> what we intend to do after construction to replace any disturbed v getatio . <br /> Wayne: Asks if they were going to add the trees on the down side of the slope as <br /> shown. <br /> Mr. Harvey: No. not on the down side of the slope. He probably got carried away <br /> in putting the gees on there. Any place that there has been any type of disturbed <br /> vegetation, they will re-landscape it. <br /> Pauline; We do not want any heavy equipment in there. <br /> Mr. Haryey No. there won't be any work done outside of the hay bales, <br />
