Sullivan, Lot 34 Birch Way, I a.s h e e Agent: Joe Harvey of Apex EngineerIing Coy, E Falmouth Pauline: reads public hearing notice -- to construct a single family dwelling and driveway on land located at Lot 34 Birch Way within 100 Feet of Mashpee Pond. ' Mr. Harvey Aex Presented the Board with a detail sheet on construction specifications of the straw bales which will be temporarily placed duringcon- struction. They will not be removed until the slopes have been restabil ed, Ken: Asks if they plan to coo anything on the water side of these' straw b .le ? Ir. Harvey: No. Those hay bales are on the down side of any proposed grading whatsoever. Wayne: You will stay within the topography changes that you show on the plan? Mr. Harvey: Yes. The highest point on the lot, as shown, is elevation 104. The finished rs' `loor of the douse gill.- be 103. Ea ne: I am looking at the two changes which you have at the 96 Foot level on a corner, So ,you are actually within 70 feet of the water which you 'acre going to disturb. Mr. Marva Yes, Wayne: Is there a deck'? Mr. Ha.rve : There, will be a dock on the street side of the house. It will not be on the pond side@ Shows the Board a set of the house plans. Also, it shows what we intend to do after construction to replace any disturbed v getatio . Wayne: Asks if they were going to add the trees on the down side of the slope as shown. Mr. Harvey: No. not on the down side of the slope. He probably got carried away in putting the gees on there. Any place that there has been any type of disturbed vegetation, they will re-landscape it. Pauline; We do not want any heavy equipment in there. Mr. Haryey No. there won't be any work done outside of the hay bales,
