Studley, Vice Chairperson, Charles Buckingham, Wayne Tavares, Peter Durmer, Shirley Na.delma.n and March Dardano. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. A lotion was made by Pauline DeLory to accept the minutes ofebruaa:a%- 1982. Dorothy Studley seconded the motion. Approval was given by the Board for the Secretary to look into a. price on a lateral f iling cabinet. A preliminary plan was received from the Planning Board on the above development. The secretary was asked to send a. letter to the Planning Board advising them that there is a conservation ea.semen,:. abutting the development which is now towned owned property given as a. gift from 1H',l is e Otis of 7.2 acres The secretary was also asked to send a.-memo to the Planning Board suggesting that they take the names of streets and condominiums into consideration as they are similar to roads already. named. A Chapter 91 permit will be required by the Division of Waterways. DEI:)E is suggesting that coastal wetlands regulations 30, 32 and 34 be reviewed, which is pertaining to marsh and wet- lands. They also suggest that the dock be elevated at a minimum of one foot above' the highest siring tide. The docking should be spaced to allow sunlight to penetrate be- low and construction should proceed from completed sections of dock. The tide change .is about one foot and there is approximately 2 feet of water at low tide where the end of the pier will be.
