OF j`Pi'J TL 28, 1902 The following members of the Conservation Commission were present: Pau Iine F. e ory, Chairperson Dorothy G. Studs , Nice Chairman, CharlesBucki gha.m, Wayne Tavares and March Dardano. Chairman DeLory called the meetin.-: to o. d r at 7:30 P,"" Lot 103L, and I Uncle rc d. letter dated April 27, 1982 was received from Ronald A. Jacks an abutter of Lot 1035 Uncle ercy's Rd (File S -221). Mr. Jack states in his letter that he was not notified of the hearing held on Lot 1035 Uncle ercy' d and that he has strong objection to the location of the structures on that, lot for ecological reasons, The file was checked to see if the a. plioa.nt of Lot 103 xr s rpt d the oar , Board with return receipts showing that he had notified abutters, There were no receipts on record,, Whsle the Commission requests that all abutters be notified of the hear- ing, there is no law stating that .`an applicant must do so. The secretary was asked to send Mr. Jack a letter stating that the commission re- viewed his letter and that New Seabury cluster zoning applies in this case, Dorothy suggested that all future e hearings which pertain to New Sea.b rcluster in be taken a hard look at, Discussion was made by the Board of adding to the by-laws at a. future town meeting Brie following,, "All 'abutters within a radius of 30feet and identified by the Assessor's office must be notified". . Increase in Advertising Rates A notice was received from Falmouth Ent rprise notifying the Board of thein increase in rates for legal advertising. It was the unanimous decision of the Board that t h e increase in rate for legal advertising be changed accordingly to applicants-0 effective May 1, 1982. CranberKy. Bog Proposals Pauline notified the Board of the meeting held in the Selectmen's Office toga.y at 15 p.m. regarding the purchase of 120 acres of land, including cranberry � bog s north of John's Fond.
