Belory being ill and <br /> unable to attend/ <br /> In the absence of a secretary, the chairperson noted the <br /> pertinent facts to be recordeds as follows. <br /> The meeting between the Falmouth Con. Comm'. and four of our <br /> members was discussed. Mr. Oakley, Mrs. Sloane and Mrs. Delory- and <br /> the chairperson attended a preliminary meeting to di.seuss and plan <br /> the acquisition of the Garner and Fairley cranberry bogs jointly <br /> with the Town of Falmouth.--Mr. Oakley made the mttion and it was <br /> seconded by Robert Maxim and it was unanimously voted to make this <br /> acquisition top priority. The major portion of our share is now in <br /> the Conservation Amd® (Ask BOS if they expect a spec.- TM may hve <br /> to submit an articl.e after contact with _. <br /> Makepeace <br /> The chairperson: also reported receiving a telephone inquiry <br /> From Alan. Adm plan,, to suggest <br /> a salary- of $8500.00, and an expense account of 8750.00. This in <br /> expectation that the Ceta Job will expire on April 16, 1976. We 'wil . <br /> seek a wage account for a part time secretary, after consultation <br /> with the personnel board and 2nance comm. Jan 21 and letter <br /> from Betty Woody re Scenic Rivers Act <br /> i <br /> At the meeting with the selectmen, it was suggested that we leave the <br /> legal fee request within the selectmen' s legal & engineering® therefore <br /> a letter was sent requesting that they include $2,50MO for the Comm. ' s <br /> use in the Igal and engineering account . <br />
