This._ hearing was- continued from December 5, <br /> 1985 Ind December 19, 1985 <br /> IT <br /> Eric ' urkington, attorney for lir. Coffin was present and submitted' <br /> revised plans . Steve vas Toole , landscape contractor was also <br /> present for the applicant. David sanicki , representative of the <br /> agent , was present. - <br /> Ir. Turkington reiterated the fact that '#an over-zealous tree- .: <br /> removal contractor"' had removed many of the trees on this lot in- <br /> disDcriminately before plans or a Notice of Intent had been presented <br /> before the Commission, <br /> Ms . du ont requested that the Board of Health permits and the <br /> Building permit be produced at this time stating that these were <br /> primfinj reason-- why the r ~.t ter has been continued. Mr. Turkington <br /> presented a. building permit which had been issued, FIs e du 'ont <br /> stated that it was not valid because it had never been signed by <br /> the Con erg ati n Commission and therefore , it could be disregarded . <br /> valid building permit must be submitted before an order of <br /> Condition will be written and issued . <br /> Mr. Van Toole introduced himself as the landscape contractor for <br /> thi- project. MC-10 duTlont informed him that trees that were removed <br /> prior to the matter coming before the Commission must be replaced <br /> with mature zr tree . She Mated that the trees~ were all cleared right <br /> down to the tA.,!ater which ic. -eri ous violation. They will h .ve t <br /> bereplaced withec .e in kind to ghat was removed . Ms , duPont <br /> further �ta.t d that a detailed landscaping p1 2-n must be submitted <br /> to the Conservation C m i s i n and be approved by the Com is s ion <br /> before any %,,iork wh .tF� ever can take p3.a.ce on this project .
