I■■ I Y�YY I■li it iV YlryWi_ <br /> to construct a three-bedroom dwelling with attached deck, selective <br /> clearing and pruning at 610 Summersea Road, Assessors ' leap 105, <br /> Plot 27a <br /> This hearing was continued from April 24, 1986 as there was no <br /> quorum at that meeting, <br /> Ms. Mantalos read two letters she has written and mailed tO abutters <br /> regarding debris , cutting of trees and brush and other activity that <br /> has occured on Lot #610 without her knowledge or consent, In the <br /> letter, she asked that the abutting neighbors inform her or the Con- <br /> servation Commission if any such activity takes place . <br /> Ms. Mantalos presented plans including landscape cape plan. she stated <br /> that it is not "totally" c #p ete as it does not specify particular <br /> plantings , She made assurance that they would be of similar or same <br /> species . she suggested hay bales on the top of the banke Driveway <br /> will be of permeable material. Gutters and dry wells- will be directed <br /> toward the roadside of the house . 15' from the house toward the bank <br /> will be the licit of work. <br /> Ground covers were suggested instead of grass which has been proposed. <br /> As there were no further questions , comments or discussion. the <br /> Chairman declared the hearing closed and stated that the matter would <br /> e taken under advisement, <br /> George Mandalos (Doyle gineer ing Associates , Inc . - Agent <br /> to construct and maintain a dock , ramps 2 and attached float <br />
