• <br /> DUSHPEE CONSERVATION CO WI S I O <br /> Meeting of August 9 , 1984 <br /> The following membersof the Conservation Commission were present <br /> at this meeting: Chairman Dorothy G. Studley, arch ardano , <br /> Wayne Tavares and Be Jean Thomas . Ais present in an advisory <br /> capacity was Mashpee Assistant Building Inspector Douglas Boyd. <br /> Chairman Studley converyed the meeting at 7:45 P. Me <br /> Dr. Richard M. Cushner appeared before the Commission, informally, <br /> to discuss the Enforcement Order issued on July 26, 1984 regarding <br /> property owned by him at Samoet Road, The primary reason for the <br /> issuance of said Order is expiration of the original Order of Condi- <br /> tions ,, <br /> ndi- <br /> tions . r. Cushner had received an Extension Permit dated December 15, <br /> 1980 on the original. Order of Conditions which was for the construction <br /> of a float, pier and ramps at Great River. The original Order calls <br /> for "the entire pier , float and ramps to be seasonal" ,, Dr. Cushner <br /> could like to have the order of Conditions- extended again and also t <br /> have the Order be for permanent placement of the equipment. He was <br /> .informed by Chairman Studley that there could be no extension of the <br /> extension. . .that he would have to refile the whole ratter and start <br /> again. Their concerns , Which are <br /> primarily directed toward the proposed retaining gall and necessary <br /> fill to be placed in that area which will probably affect the "pristine" <br /> quality of that area and in particular their own abutting property. <br /> The Order of Conditions for the pro sed cons ruction at Lot :-,104 is <br /> scheduled to be discussed Later a onight's meeting. <br /> Mr. Fri R.
