Dardano stated that an Enforcement order has been -issued by her <br /> n August 30, 1985 to Milton s a.b e i , owner of property at Lot-&55 <br /> Waterline Drive . she stated that Mr. sabers i was in violation of <br /> the Wetlands Protection Act, Mashpee Conservation Bir--lairs and was , <br /> in fact , working on a marsh area and without a valid order of Co di-tions . Al Abramson of Heritage Landscapes , representative for <br /> Mr. sabers i, was present and was given the form "Abbreviated Notice <br /> of Intent's and was instructed that this must be filed with the Con- <br /> servation Commission for further hearing on the matter. <br /> On motion made , duly seconded and unanimously carried, the 1.ssuance <br /> ` of the Enforcement Order was ratified by all members present <br /> Ms . a ano called the meeting to order and stated that the Commission <br /> was aware that there had been iL su'll.i c ien lead-time o advertising <br /> hearing3scngeduled to be heard at tonight' s ee t ing. she allowed that <br /> any applicant who felt disinclined to present their petition a <br /> scheduled would be permitted to have the hearing re-scheduled at the <br /> next regular meeting of the Board of C ons e rva.vi on Commissioners .
