A letter from Tina Saylog of All Cape Survey Consultants was read requesting to amend the Order of Conditions to change two proposed' patios to two elevated decks as the proposed dwelling is in the flood velocity zone. Scott McAskill presenting. Reprised plans were distributed. He stated the Commission request-ed at the .last hearing to bring the house back to the eight foot contour. He advised these are new architectural plans for the addition which has decreased by a small amount. The plan conforms to T.itte V. f.s Behrman stated the Board of Health has advised the Perc test expired . Scott stated it has been extended to 5/9/88 . Ms Behrman questioned the work limit and Scott stated it could be con- ditioned at the 8 foot contour -with double or triple haybales and Ms Behrman asked if everything woo ld .-be ,done from behind.
