Louise B hrman, Gertrude Ferriday, Carol Jacobson, <br /> Joseph Burns, glary Marsters, Elliot Rosenberg. <br /> Lisa Hanscom was also present. <br /> 7:30 - Lawrence 1.3hubow (BSC Group) Lot 6 & 7 Hooppole Road. Elliot Rosenberg <br /> stepped down. Andrea Langhauser presented plans. They are requesting toup- <br /> grade an existing camp and septic system on the westerly side of Johns Pond, <br /> The lot is 1 n excess of -1/2 acres and with the lot next door owned by Mr. <br /> Shubow, it totals in excess of 5 acres. The house is now two small enclosed <br /> areas on - deck platform with a deck between and with an open courtyard in <br /> the back. The intent is to square off the back of the building, put in a <br /> small addition, back entrance and extend the deck area; all to be done on <br /> piles. The present piles have been Certified as structurally sound. The <br /> deck will be done by hand. There are existing stairs going down the slope <br /> to Johns Porn and it has been suggested they remain. There is room now to <br /> walk down to the beach through the shrubbery behind the house. The surrey <br /> crew has been instructed to put something that meandered down to the water. <br /> Ms Behrman stated the plan should stag approximate location rather than <br /> proposed <br /> Ms Langhauser stated the wetland resource areas are Johns Pond itself and the <br /> beach. There is no bordering vegetated wetland; the inland bank is the edge <br /> of the beach. The water was taken in January and appeared to be above flood <br /> levels, There is an existing cesspool located feet from the edge of the <br /> beach to be pumped dry, filled with sand and abandoned. A septic tank will <br /> be constructed and leaching fi ilit rea r than 102 feet from the beach <br /> and 110 feet from the well and adjacent well . <br /> A variance from the Board of Health on the septic moratorium has been re- <br /> quested. <br /> e- <br /> questod. It was stated this Can be granted as a well water test was done <br /> showing no volatile organic Contaminents. In addition, less than Iso feet <br /> from the town septic system, must be requested. The leaching facility set <br /> back from private wells, she was told this had a good Chance as it would <br /> mean a great deal of excavation to go into the slope, The hea inis <br /> scheduled for next Tuesday. <br /> There is a break in the slope by the existing dwelling at the 67 foot contour <br /> that extends to 65 feet on the other side. Habales will be on the break of <br /> slope. <br /> Lisa asked that the trees in the area be located on the plan. Ms Langhauser <br /> stand there are a great many trees to locate and asked for a defined area. <br /> Lisa stand they could supply photographs and it was agreed they could stand <br /> on the existing deck and do a 10 across the bank.
