Those hearings will be held on November 10, <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7: 05 p. m* <br /> Fields Point Corp. cancelled their 7: 00 hearing due to the length o <br /> their presentation. They will be invited to come ire November 22 at <br /> 7: 00 p. m. for a short presentation. This will be advertised. <br /> 7* 3 - Vincent S. Porciello, Jr. for the proposed placement of a pre- <br /> constructed 3 ' X " ramp between an existing walkway over a salt <br /> marsh and a float in �Jehu Pond a -TideRun. Mr,-, Porgy-i e l l o and Norman' <br /> Hayes of BSC presented. It was established there is no Order of <br /> Conditions o n the float; there are three BES numbers on the prpertr <br /> and the pool was with the house approval. . The DEQE number for the <br /> house was requested. <br /> Mr. Porciello stated he purchased the property with almost all oif the <br /> concrete in place and went from there. The original applicant was <br /> Mr. Weiner . The mooring and float permit was from the Harbormaster. <br /> They have Chapter 91 for placement of a ramp extending from the alk" <br /> way landward of the MHW shoreline to the bottom anchored float, <br /> approved by the Harbormaster; this was approved with ars S 'number from <br /> ,the 'Waterways regulation people,, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. <br /> It wasP oint+ed out that pipes arfe being used t s abil i� thils. <br /> a <br /> Mr. Porciello stated the float and mooring -was purchased from Little <br /> River. He was out there this morning and it does appear to have pipes. <br /> Ke was 100% , through with the project prior to the float and mooring. <br /> j <br /> Mr; `;Mayes stated the shellfish report was_ quite'. extensi e. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated they will need a full application for a dock. <br /> Mr. H y&s stated they have done the engineering, have the shellfish <br /> report and a full Notice of Intent, if the Co*mission is not satisfied <br /> with{.4th i - f l oat, the dock and extension com i.bg'- down, what would the <br /> Comm i i on ' 1 ike to see- from BSC. <br /> Mr. . os nb rg stated the Commission -would like -the usual application <br /> for a dock filled out in accordance with the regulations: <br /> Mr-s. Jacobson questioned why a state Ipermit is nt required. <br /> Lisa staged she would like to see this denied with a nein Not i ce of <br /> Intent and dock application to the state; she questioned whether this <br /> could be amended sufficiently. <br /> Mr,. Rosenberg and Mfrs. Marsters -agree) it could be amended with notice <br /> the .State. <br />
