Berliner requested to amend the Order o <br /> Conditions - o demolish the larger cottage and retain the smaller one <br /> due to the close proximity to the gain dwelling. This will also allow <br /> trees to remain that would otherwise .be removed. <br /> VOTE* Motion made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions as <br /> requested. <br /> receipt wili be requested for removal of the oil drum and propane <br /> tank. <br /> BSC Croup-Or. Lawrence Herman. An informal discussion of the <br /> required certified landscape plan had been requested by BSC. No one <br /> appeared for this. <br /> 7: 30 Rory Bernaducci , Continued from 3/9/89, 4/6/89. Susan Asmus and <br /> Wayne Tavares presenting. The topo lines have been rechecked and <br /> revised on the plans. Mr. Tavares explained the rev getati n plan. <br /> Ms Behrman questioned the retaining walls on the abutting lots. <br /> Mr. Tavares stated the ,limit of work coincides with the hay bale line. <br /> Ms As us advised the house is now at elevation 18; some fill will be <br /> taken away. <br /> I . Coffer asked about the proposed Love Crass and was told it does <br /> not require watering, mowing or fertilizing. It is $loo. per pound, <br /> Mr. Tavares agreed to provide a technical pamphlet on that. <br /> Ir. Coffey questioned the railroad tie steps in the back. <br /> Mr. Tavares advised the elevation at the top of the gall is 13. 2, the <br /> patio is below the upper deck at 13. 2 where the patio below this is <br /> 9. 2 creating a 4 foot drop . Access has to be provided to get fro <br /> one deck to the other. The steps will prevent erosion.
