He produced a letter from the iashpee Water <br /> District which clearly states water is coming into the area <br /> beiore next Aprii. The letter from Nathan Ellis advised his <br /> best estimate is 12/1/89, <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated, with minor revisions requested, it is at <br /> the discretion of the board whether to allow the revised <br /> plains. She invited him to compare the two plans. <br /> Mr, Singer stated he is not here for the issue of how close <br /> the septic is to his well but for the conservation end of it; <br /> grass too close to the water, runott,, chemicals used and loss <br /> of the trees. He asked it they had permission to build the <br /> house from the Central Corp. Hr, Roberti was not sure, <br /> Mrs. Simons stated that is not in the purview of the <br /> Commission. <br /> Mr. Sargent stated it is a legal problem because the Quit <br /> Claim Deed states in order torr the house to be built, and <br /> this comes from the Town or Barnstable, . . . . r. Rosenberg <br /> advised that would have to go to the building commis loner. <br /> The only issues the Commission may be concerned with are <br />
