Long} L. Patrick, and W. Taylor. <br /> Absent: K. Layer, and M. Horne. <br /> Audience: Betty Nichols; Arthur Weinstein; Mert Sapers, <br /> Presenter: Bargmann Hendrie+ Archetype (bh+a) <br /> quorum being present, the meeting was called to order at 3;1 o p.m. <br /> bh+a <br /> bh+a addressed the group stating the purpose of this meeting with the committee was to <br /> present to the committee hh+a's Scheme A and Scheme B site plans for a Mashpee <br /> Community Facilities plan. They distributed copies of these 2 proposed options. <br /> The committee members, bh+a, as well as the audience attendees, discussed both plans in <br /> detail...covering all topics from building layouts; locations; parking; and serious <br /> comments and concerns regarding traffic flow in and out of the area and impact, if any, <br /> on the school facilities. <br /> `ane Taylor raised a concern as to the School's feeling about using the road. The <br /> response from bh+a to this was that they had spoken with School officials and they were <br /> Crloka " with the traffic flow. <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> The consensus of all in attendance was that they very much liked Scheme A. And all <br /> congratulated the bh+a group on the job they did with the layout, <br /> A possible approach to consider if Mashpce were to proceed with this project would be to <br /> phase the construction as follows: <br /> (1) Senior Center <br /> (2) Leisure Services <br /> (3) Ice link(because of revenue that can be generated) <br /> Fred Blythe suggested that bh+a contact Worn Fudala of Planning to determine if the area <br /> they slotted for parking could be used for parking since it may belong to low.-income <br /> housing. <br />
