TOWN of MA PEE COASTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES of JANUARY 1 , 1995 The Mashpee Coastal Resource Management Committee ret at Mashpee Town Hall at 3 : 00 .3m, on Tuesday , January 31 , 1995. Board Members present: Perry Ellis , Tom Eudala, lick York, Steve cadr in, Bob Sherman, Jinn Hanks, Ed Govoni , George Baker, Bob whri tenour, Greg Taylor, and fancy Ca f f n. ( sitting .in for George costa) . The Minutes of January 24 , 1995 were accepted with the following changes: * Add Steve Cadrin to Board Members present * Orin Evans (not ore) * p. 1, Mr. Fudaia made a motion to amend language (not put language back) * p. 1, Mr. cadrin supports sea level rise language (not Mr, F'udala) * p. 1, #1 "except to upgrade existing substandard septic systems" should be moved to the end of the sentence in parentheses. * -P. 2 , 1 7 delete "and to accommodate sea level rise and resulting wetlands migration. " Mr. Ellis reminded members to notify the Town Clerk, Jane LaBute, of their appointments. The review of coastal Resources Policies continued and modifications to the draft occurred. 3 ) To make all appropriate efforts to preserve our existing marinas and boat yards. where a change to a non-water dependent use is made, the Town will seek public access or other public benefit to compensate for the loss of the water-dependent use. 24. To encourage the inclusion of coastal, access benefits to the general public in any water-dependent facilities develo men.t provided that interference with the water-dependent end.ent use is minimized 5 . delete 26.
