( sitting .in for <br /> George costa) . <br /> The Minutes of January 24 , 1995 were accepted with the following <br /> changes: <br /> * Add Steve Cadrin to Board Members present <br /> * Orin Evans (not ore) <br /> * p. 1, Mr. Fudaia made a motion to amend language (not put <br /> language back) <br /> * p. 1, Mr. cadrin supports sea level rise language (not Mr, <br /> F'udala) <br /> * p. 1, #1 "except to upgrade existing substandard septic systems" <br /> should be moved to the end of the sentence in parentheses. <br /> * -P. 2 , 1 7 delete "and to accommodate sea level rise and <br /> resulting wetlands migration. " <br /> Mr. Ellis reminded members to notify the Town Clerk, Jane LaBute, <br /> of their appointments. <br /> The review of coastal Resources Policies continued and <br /> modifications to the draft occurred. <br /> 3 ) To make all appropriate efforts to preserve our existing <br /> marinas and boat yards. where a change to a non-water <br /> dependent use is made, the Town will seek public access or other <br /> public benefit to compensate for the loss of the water-dependent <br /> use. <br /> 24. To encourage the inclusion of coastal, access benefits to <br /> the general public in any water-dependent facilities develo men.t <br /> provided that interference with the water-dependent end.ent use is <br /> minimized <br /> 5 . delete <br /> 26. To discourage development within FEMA v flood zones, <br /> on barrier beaches, and on coastal dunes. <br /> 27 . To permit existing structures in.
