Ms. <br /> Ferriday recommended sending a letter; Mr. Sherman recommended <br /> informing him by letter that the catch basin reeds to be moved <br /> before Labor Day. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send letter informing him <br /> he has to have satisfactory plans by July 26 , 1994 to review <br /> by July 28 , 1994 and reschedule to August 11 , 1994 at 7 : 40 p.m. , <br /> otherwise it will be denied. <br /> Unanimous vote, <br /> CONTINUED TO AUGUST 11, 1994 : 40 P.M. <br /> 7: 20 MARY FANOUS, 58 Spoondrift Way, request for Determination <br /> of Applicability on proposed enclosure of patio under del , <br /> expansion of sunroom over deck and installation of three sono <br /> tubes. Mr. Sherman stated that standard language (open room <br /> with no closets ) would apply, and no RDA' s need to be recorded. <br /> VOTE: Motion mace and seconded to find a negative determination <br /> with standard language to limit bedrooms. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION WITH CONDITIONS. <br /> 7: 30 GERALD SEGEL, 132 Shore Drive Nest, request to amend SE <br /> 43-1265 to redesign a landscape plan; Mary LeBlanc representing. <br /> She review-ed the plan in an attempt to amend it by closing off <br /> the path. The Commission disagreed with this idea since the <br /> original orders stated an open path for public access . The <br /> minutes pertaining to this were read referring to the original <br /> orders in which it states "common path for all the cottages . " <br /> M . LeBlanc further amended the plan to replace path with a <br /> perennial garden of dune crass, rola rogosa, sweet fern, <br />
