EMU MASHPEE CONSERVATION C MMISSI N Minutes of 6 February ry 1997 Commissioners Present: Marry I esrosiers, Chairman Pro Tem, John Johansen, Ralph Shaw, David Sharpe, Greg irsen. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. 6:45 REGULATIONS HEARING: The Agent reviewed the proposed regulation changes. These are based on Audubon recommendations. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Beverly Kane rimed a question on nutrients and who would set the site specific limits? Mr. Sherman advised it is stated in the Nutrient Loading Regulations. Mr. Sherman proposed a change in the first definition, third paragraph, to qualify for LIAU, he asked to strike the last phrase. Be did not feel it necessary to be specific about state and federal tax returns and has been led to believe that language might be legally problematical in teams of privacy. He proposed to strife the words beginning with the word "including" and finishing with s being LIAU". VOTE: Motions made and seconded to delete as proposed, the words beginning with the word"inoludine and wishing with "as being LIA.I.J". Unanimous vote. VOTE: lotion made and seconded to accept the package with the amendment as proposed.
