MAS EE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 4 September 1997 <br /> C nunlssi n r present: Elliot Rosenberg, Chairman Pro Tem, John <br /> Johansen, George Green, Jr., Harry lesrosiers, <br /> Ralph Shaw. <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> *20 CHARLES J. ADEN for a Determination of Apphealai ity on the <br /> placement of an ' x 10' wooden shed within the flood zone at 11 Wippoorwill <br /> Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this is a flood zone issue, one-half nye from the water. <br /> He recommended negative with language added that the shed will he secured <br /> n sono tubes. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with <br /> added language to the request. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 7:25 IRMA E. SHAPIRO, TPL., SAND DOLLAR REALTY TRUST for a <br /> Determination of Applicability on the proposed upgrade of an a sting cesspool <br /> septic system to a Title V septic system at 28 Sand Dollar Lane. Arne Ojala <br /> of Down Cape Engineering was present. It is 35 feet to the flood zone, 100 <br /> feet to the BVW. Board of Health approval was received. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if there will be silt fences and there will. <br /> Public lic comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion Ornade and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> N, <br /> 7:30 C. BROWN LINGAMFELTE1 65 Se on et Pt. Rd., continued from to <br /> July 1997. Barbara Frappier presenting. The Board of Appeals gage a special <br /> pent and variances. They have shortened the dock to the 2 foot contour, 2 <br /> ft. depth from the 4 ft. Derry Elis stated he would approve it if they moved it <br /> so they did. <br />
