ADEN for a Determination of Apphealai ity on the <br /> placement of an ' x 10' wooden shed within the flood zone at 11 Wippoorwill <br /> Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this is a flood zone issue, one-half nye from the water. <br /> He recommended negative with language added that the shed will he secured <br /> n sono tubes. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with <br /> added language to the request. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING. <br /> 7:25 IRMA E.
