k r MIASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION Minutes of 4 December 1997 Conunl sioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, Harry esrosiers, Ralph Shaw, Greg wirsen. The Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:55. Kathy Terrio, Asst. Conservation Agent, provided analysis for the hearing agenda and.lir. Sherman was in charge of the post hearing agenda. 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None. 7:10 FLUE NA TA.for a Determination of Applicability on installation of a water service pipe, septic tank, pump chamber/piping, and pumping and backliffing of an emoting cesspool at 238 Pimlico Pond Road. Carolyn Doyle presenting. Mrs. Terrio stated it looks fairly routine but the plan shows an area where they are planning to abandon the cesspool. One flag is close to end of the top of the inland bank. She suggested erosion control.. It was noted the Board of Health commented they have not received plans. Ms. Doyle stated the contractor has not been selected. VOTE: Motion Ornade and seconded to find negative subject to Board o health approval and plan. Unanimous nimous Vote. NEGATIVE PENDING. 7:20 MICH L VIII IG for a Determination of Applicability on a request to permit and maintain an existing dock in accordance with Chapter 91 permitting and a 3' x 8' removable extension at 69 Names Circle. Mrs. Terrio stated when lir. Vining carne in to file, it was discovered his Chapter 91 license had not been issued although he has Ornade application. There is some confusion. The Commission sion can go ahead and issue negative but wait for something from the State. Public comment: none.
