MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSI T <br /> Minutes of 25 Tune 1998 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Eliot Rosenberg, John <br /> Johansen, Tad Wollenhau t, Ralph Shaw, � <br /> George green Jr., Greg Wirsen. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: David Cofran, Brookside Circle, came before <br /> the Commission. A Certificate of Compliance was requested. The deck was <br /> not as shown in the original plan, it was supposed to be 10', it was made I2'. <br /> It is cantilevered. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he had told Mr. Cofran an as-built plan would be <br /> necessary. Mr. Cofran reviewed this plans. Mr. Sherman stated their <br /> measurements coincide with his. They have doubled up on the plantings and <br /> he did not believe the changes merit the cost of another engineered plan. It <br /> is 0' from the wetland. <br /> The Chair asked how this ended up two feet larger? 1/fr. Cofran stated it was <br /> mils ommuni ation. At the time, they were not sure where the stairs would <br /> go and if the deck were not extended two feet the stairs could not go to the <br /> side. <br /> It was noted by Mr. Green that the house has changed also. It is 35' to the <br /> ACC. <br /> The Chair stated this is not the first time where decks are built substantially <br /> larger. <br /> Mr. Green stated, at the minimum, an as-built plan should be required as <br /> there is not a proper plan on record. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the gentleman has already doubled up on plants.
