} Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission i Minutes of Meeting June 13, 2002 The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting was called to order in Conference Room , Mashpee Town Hall, 1 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6 : 55 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2002 . The Chairman, LTohn Fitzslmmons, presided. i Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Chairman, John Johansen, Clerk; Stephanie Jones, Associate Member; Leonard Pinaud; Elliot Rosenberg, vice Chairman; and Ralph Shaw. Also present: Diane Boretos, Assistant Conservation Commission Agent. A quorum being present, the Chairman called the Meeting to order, 6: 55 Public Comment - None. Non-Hearing Agenda 1. Diane Horetos suggested the number of Hearings be limited to ten 10due to the absence of the Conservation Agent. She reasoned this number to be manageable for her. John Johansen questioned the necessity of limitation as there are a number of continuations on any given agenda fou continuances out of thirteen scheduled Hearings this date) . The Chairman suggested some flexibility be taken into consideration in order to prevent a backlog of work upon the Conservation Agent ' s return. It was the consensus of the Commission that the Assistant Agent use her discretion in scheduling Hearings. M TI Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion allowing the 9.
