TOWN of MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Minutes April 19 , 1990 <br /> At . . upon motion duly made by Mr. Costa and seconded <br /> y Mr. Greelish voted unanimously to enter in Executive Ses- <br /> sion. <br /> Board members present: Mr. George R. Costa, Mr. Stephen J, <br /> Greelish and Mr. John T. Doherty. <br /> Mr. George R. Costa, Chairman <br /> Subject: Follow-up - Evelyn Webb <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated he is in receipt of a letter from the <br /> Department of Public Health which indicates the State is un- <br /> able to obtain any data regarding the number of miscarriages <br /> within the State. Data will be available some time next <br /> year. <br /> Mr. Evans stated debris has been removed from Ms, Webb's <br /> property as per her request. Materials found were not haz- <br /> ardous, <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter <br /> to Ms. Webb informing her any further investigation will re- <br /> 0 <br /> quire <br /> - <br /> uir•e the individuals to appear before this Board, <br /> Mr. Costa motioned to move out of Executive Session at 9:50 <br /> p,m. , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Principal Clerk <br /> i - <br /> i <br />
