He wasn't aware of the fact that he <br /> had kept it on this agenda until the meeting had begun. <br /> . Request for New Body Art Establishment License: Sink the Ink <br /> Re nest for New Body ArtOperator's Permit: Thomas Griffin <br /> Mr. Doherty asked Mr. Harrington if he wanted to hold this item for a later <br /> discussion or talk about it now. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that they wanted to be present. Therefore, he would like , <br /> to hold. They didn't request a specific time so he left thorn on the agenda. <br /> 6. Request for Extension: isposal Construction Permit, 160 Sampson's Mill Road <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that the Board members should have a copy of the <br /> letter from Bayside Building along with that is the letter from the state concurring <br /> with his opinion.regarding the time linos. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked what the outcome was when they dealt with one of those letters <br /> the last time. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that Mr. Doherty had decided at the last meeting that before <br /> he was going to grant an extension.
