BOARD OF LIBRARY TRUSTEES <br /> REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING <br /> TU SDAY9 NOVEMBER 99 Zoo <br /> MASHPEE LIBRARY <br /> Present: favid Burton, Ann MacDonald-Dailey,Dianna Srrlith,Nancy Soderberg,Nancy Stafford, <br /> and Helene L eFoe, Library Director. <br /> Absent: Carlo ' ste,Heather Laatos. <br /> David Burton, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Bridget Bontrager, recently hired Technical Services Librarian, was introduced to the Library <br /> Trustees,who welcomed her to Mashpee Library. Bridget then exited the meeting. <br /> Director's Report <br /> Helene distributed her monthly report and discussed the contents in detail with the Trustees. A <br /> copy of her detailed report is attached to the printed set of the minutes of this meeting. <br /> Janet ure's reports for the months of September and October were also distributed to the Trustees <br /> and reviewed. Copies of these reports are attached to the printed set of these n nutes. <br /> undra' * <br /> ( arid commented that fundraising is going to be an extremely important component and this will <br /> be"Friends"mission. David advised they are going to hold an organizational meeting at 8 a.m. <br /> next Friday. Follovfing this organizational meeting,, "Friends"may come to the Board of Library <br /> Trustees for help in identifying sources who would be supportive to the new Library building fund <br /> cause. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> A-nn motioned to accept the Minutes of the Meeting held September 9 2004 as presented; Nancy <br /> Stafford seconded the motion and it was unanimously passed, except Nancy Soderberg abstained. <br /> Dianna motioned to accept the Minutes of the Meeting held October 14,2004 as amended; Nancy <br /> Soderberg seconded the motion and it was unanimously passed. <br />
