All of the items David <br /> discussed are listed on page 2 of his drafted Annual Report that he distributed to the Board. A copy of <br /> this drafted Annual Report is attached to the printed set of these minutes, <br /> David also distributed to the Board a very in `on native graphic map detailing the connections from the <br /> Water Tower to all Mashpee Town departments; the Library; Council on Aging; and Quashnet School. A <br /> copy of this neap is attached to the printed set of these minutes. Some of the issues raised during the <br /> review and discussion included the following: <br /> All equipment installed at the Library Fill be transferable to the new wilding. <br /> GIS data only copied to web site so when departments errant to use off-site they must synchronize <br /> laptop at Town Mall. <br /> Bay Station onWater Tourer died for four days so David said we have to look at back-up. Dight <br /> now David can't tell whether wireless back-ups or annual maintenance is better, He is going to <br /> look into this to determine which would be better. <br /> David and Joyce confirmed that they do budget money to maintain current system. <br /> David explained that we have to do something vnth High School switching over to digital. David <br /> said he is reaching out to Bob Fenst rrnaker asking for his input. Andrew Eliason suggested also <br /> asking Bill Shea for some advice. Joyce Mason responded that they intend to ask Bill. <br />
