Andrew Elia.son asked Rene`whether or not the deleted questions are included in this copy...Rene'responded they are <br /> included. Andrew then asked whether or not the deleted questions would invalidatib the survey. Rene' assured the Board they <br /> would not invalidate the survey. Rene' explained that he spoke with David Borges UN4ass Dartmouth)and attorney Peter <br /> Epstein. Rene'read an e-mail he received from David Borges wherein Mr.Borges states that Peter Epstein advises that the <br /> deleted questions do not invalidate the survey. <br /> Two questions being deleted that are of grave importance to Mashpee are: <br /> • 18—regarding I-Net. There was confusion in that some believed Coy east provided I-N t;however it turned out this <br /> was not provided by Comcast but,rather,expectation b Comcast that if Mashpee wanted it thea Mashpee should pay <br /> from.the %provided under the license. <br /> 0 Q24—regarding the Comcast Customer Service Office. when asked about maintaining the local service office, <br /> i instead of identifying Mashpee location the location was mistakenly identified as Sandwich. Andrew Eliason said he <br /> i was contacted to participate in the survey and when they asked the question pertaining to the customer service office <br /> he said he didn't catch that they used an incorrect address in Sandwich,rather than the Mashpee location. Lolita <br /> McCray stressed that it is important that the service office remain in Mashpee. All-agre d. <br />
