Andrew Eliason seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> Old Business <br /> 1. Additional Funds to Complete the"Wireless Backbone"bone" Up rade <br /> David DelVecchio stated that he needed an additional $4,661.to complete the upgrade. <br /> The Board agreed to reallocate the required $4,661 from the$230,000 appropriated for <br /> the telephone system upgrade. <br /> David DelVecchio stated that the phone upgrade will include the hardware, software, <br /> installation, and handsets for the high school, K.C. Coombs, Quashnet, Police and Fire <br /> Departments, Fire Substation, council on Aging, DPW, and Town Miall. <br /> 2, Valley Communications Tweaks for Tawn Hall control Room Improvements <br /> David DelVecchio stated that the original core switch quoted amount of$11� 546 did not <br /> include annual maintenance of$995.00. The Board agreed to reallocate $995.00 for <br /> warranty and Direct Network Services from the $230,000 appropriated funds for the <br /> telephone system upgrade. Andy Eliason inquired as to whether the wireless <br /> headphone system in the control r orn was functional, and David DelVecchio stated that <br /> it was. <br /> David DelVecchio stated that a meeting with Jay Paul from Malley Communications was <br /> tentatively scheduled for October 1 ', 2010, at 10:30 AMI to discuss MCAT problems <br /> and concerns re: the Town Hall Control Room. One of the issues for discussion was <br /> the possibility of broadcasting FIM radio during the executive session intermissions that <br /> occur during Town Board meetings. <br /> I Rewlicense cing Expiration <br /> i ,ice Mason reported that she has nothing new to report, having spoken to attorney <br /> Peter Epstein three weeks ago for a status report. Andrew Eliason stated that the <br /> license expired 10 months ago. According to Joyce Mason, the Town is holding out for a <br /> few items they feel strongly about, and the lawyer stated that there are no time <br /> constraints as far as reinstating the license is concerned. <br />
